TORONTO, January 10, 2003 - Time iCR Inc. (www.timeicr.com) of Ottawa, a leading developer and provider of customized, managed and hosted advanced call processing solutions, has appointed Sacke & Associates Inc. (www.sackepr.com), of Toronto, a full service, technology-focused public and media relations firm as its North American agency of record, effective immediately.

"While the integrated voice response (IVR) business continues to grow year over year, the future is the development, management and hosting of next generation natural language speech applications," says Time iCR's president, Botho von Hampeln. "Appointing Sacke & Associates helps us communicate, through planned steps, to increase awareness of our state-of-the-art network speech-enabled solutions for customers in a variety of industry sectors."

With a 32-year history of engineering specialized applications for complex telecommunications systems and service providers, Time iCR Inc. is recognized as one of the larger telco-independent IVR service bureaus in North America and the largest in Canada. Its speech applications are driven by SpeechWorks and Nuance Communications speech recognition engines. Voice mail services to the Government of Canada are provided on Comverse Trilogue/Infinity equipment with a processing capacity of greater than 350,000 calls per day.

"Our communications goal is to build and expand key relationships in North America for Time iCR with business, vertical and technology news media to target and enhance its marketplace positioning," says Sacke & Associate Inc.'s founder and president John Sacke. "Time iCR's recognition of our reach and breadth in the business and technology sectors, as well as our demonstrated successes in creating additional visibility and substantial stakeholder value for other clients, helped us win their business."

Time iCR provides services to most of Canada's teleco's, working and integrating with the world's most influential telecommunications firms including: VoiceGenie, Nortel Networks, SpeechWorks, Nuance, Oracle, Cisco, Sun, Lucent, Alcatel and others.

"As a result of our partnerships with industry-leading organizations, we offer our clients a comprehensive, best-of-breed choice of highly-advanced telco-grade IVR solutions and applications," adds Time iCR's vice president Business Operations Doug Shore.
