Corporate Overview

Time iCR Inc., established in 1987, is the call-processing arm of Time Communications Corporation founded in 1970.

Time iCR Inc. currently maintains two fully redundant geographically dispersed carrier grade, data centre's located in Ottawa and Toronto. Time iCR Inc. is not a value-added reseller of hardware but rather a provider of customized, managed and hosted call processing solutions based on years of expertise, unparalleled customer service, superior industry reputation and an experienced leadership team.

Currently, the company has over 3,000 ports of Nuance Communications Speech-enabled, Nortel/Periphonics IVR and Comverse VMS communications equipment, processing millions of calls annually. Time iCR Inc. is recognized as the second largest Telco-independent IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service bureau in North America and the largest in Canada based on an internal marketing study of all major U.S. and Canadian providers. In addition, the company provides over 45,000 fully managed voicemail boxes to the Federal Government of Canada in the National Capital Region of Ottawa. Time iCR was awarded the first Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) in 1987 to provide voicemail and call processing services and has been supplying call-processing solutions to the Federal Government of Canada for over 13 years.

Time iCR's solutions are based on a no capital "pay as you go" service. Solutions are sold both direct to end customers and through Telco and Supplier channel partners.

While the voice mail business continues to grow year over year, the future will be the development, management and hosting of next generation natural language speech call management applications. As such, Time iCR has adopted a Voice Application Infrastructure Provider (see figure 1-VAIP) positioning and is establishing horizontal and vertical Speech-enabled application suites to provide through its channel partners.

These industry specific solutions will be delivered to customers on a fully managed "pay as you go" basis. The VAIP architecture provides multiple applications with "plug and play" access to Time iCR's highly scaleable platforms residing in fully managed "carrier class" call processing data centers. Customers and application partners benefit from industry leading Service Level Agreements (SLA), flexible provisioning, Web-based reporting and micro billing options.
